Terms & Conditions

Netwoorking.ai is an AI-powered professional networking platform for entrepreneurs, founders, startups, investors and professionals. Features include AI-assisted matching, “Netwos” sessions (scheduled sessions in which a member is matched with up to six people), professional profiles, connections and messaging, conferences and communities, video/voice conversations, and AI tools such as an AI Notes Taker and AI Summary.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete professional information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@netwoorking.ai of any unauthorised use.
• One person, one account. You may not impersonate any person or entity, or create accounts through automated means.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or harmful.

Billing frequency

Basic is a monthly subscription. You are charged at sign-up (or upgrade) and then automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), acting as merchant of record. The provider sells the subscription to you, collects payment, calculates and remits taxes, issues receipts and handles payment-related support and compliance. By purchasing, you also agree to the provider's terms presented at checkout. Your card and payment details are entered on the provider's checkout and are not stored by us. We receive only limited billing information (such as name, billing email, country, plan status and the last four digits of your card).

Automatic renewal

By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping payment details current. If a payment fails, we or the provider may retry, notify you, and, if payment is not resolved, downgrade your account to Free.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase, which the payment provider will add at checkout where required.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-product notice, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@netwoorking.ai within 30 days and we will work with the payment provider to resolve it. Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback so we can help quickly.

• You may cancel your Basic subscription at any time from Billing & Plan in your account, or by emailing support@netwoorking.ai.
• To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your next renewal date.
• After cancellation, you keep Basic features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees.
• Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or data. You can delete your account separately from your account settings (see our Privacy Policy for how data is handled).
• Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period (see Refund Policy).

Because the Service is a digital subscription that is made available to you immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including partial months and unused allowances.

That said, we want you to get value from Netwoorking.ai. If you experience a problem with the Service, for example a technical issue, a billing error, an AI feature that is not working, or you are not receiving useful matches, contact support@netwoorking.ai and we will make reasonable efforts to help, which may include troubleshooting, technical fixes, guidance on improving your profile and matching results, or, at our discretion.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including leads, introductions, investment, partnerships, clients or revenue. The absence of results is not, by itself, a ground for a refund.

• Billing errors: if you were charged in error or charged twice, we will correct it and refund the erroneous amount.

“Your Content” means information and materials you provide to the Service, including your profile, messages, posts and content you submit to AI tools.

• You own Your Content. We do not claim ownership of it.
• You grant Vizz Web Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, including to provide AI-assisted professional matching and AI tools, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes use to improve our own matching and recommendation systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell Your Content or personal information.
• You confirm that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
• Messages in the in-platform chat are stored encrypted and retained for six (6) months, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or abusive purposes;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, chain messages or aggressive solicitations, or use the Platform to scrape, harvest or sell member data;
• promote scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, unregistered securities offerings, get-rich-quick or illegal investment offers, or deceptive “guaranteed returns”;
• upload or share sexual, violent or illegal content, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• impersonate others, create fake profiles, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, company or affiliation;
• record, transcribe or process other members’ conversations without any consent required by law;
• use the Service or its AI features to create deepfakes, synthetic likenesses or voice clones of any person, or to make automated decisions about individuals’ employment, credit, insurance or similar significant matters;
• reverse engineer, decompile, probe or attempt to extract our source code, models, prompts or algorithms; use output or data to build a competing product or train a competing AI model;
• circumvent plan limits, security measures, or access the Service by automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or other members’ use of it.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities when we believe these rules are breached.

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including to suggest matches, generate notes and summaries, and provide recommendations. In using these features you acknowledge and agree that:

1. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect or not suited to your circumstances. Please verify important information before relying on it.
2. AI outputs, including match suggestions, are informational suggestions, not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and not an endorsement, verification or assessment of any person or business.
3. You remain responsible for your decisions, including whom you contact, meet or do business with, and any agreements you make. Conduct your own due diligence on people and opportunities.
4. Matches are suggestions that you are free to accept, skip or ignore. We do not use AI to make legally or similarly significantly impactful decisions about you.
5. AI features are processed with the help of third-party AI providers (currently Google, OpenAI and Anthropic) using limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. You will not submit sensitive personal information (such as health information, government ID numbers or financial account details) to AI tools, and you will obtain any consents needed from others before using AI meeting tools on conversations that include them.

Netwoorking.ai helps you meet other professionals; it does not control or verify their statements, intentions or conduct. We are not a party to any interaction, agreement, investment or transaction between members. Profiles may contain inaccurate information. You are solely responsible for your interactions, and you should take reasonable precautions (for example, verifying identities and not sharing confidential information or money without proper checks).

Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation of securities or investment advice, and the Platform is not a broker, investment adviser or placement agent.

Members may create conferences and communities. Organisers are solely responsible for their events and content, including accuracy, legality, safety, ticketing, venues, refunds and any applicable licences. We do not organise, endorse or guarantee third-party events, and we are not liable for cancellations, changes or incidents at them.

The Service, including its software, design, AI systems, matching technology, text, graphics, logos and trademarks (excluding Your Content), is owned by Vizz Web Solutions or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own professional networking purposes under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.

Copyright complaints: if you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, email support@netwoorking.ai with details of the work, the allegedly infringing content, your contact information and a statement of good faith belief.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully, including the sections describing how AI features use your data, data retention and your rights.

We use cookies for session maintenance and security (including session/authentication tokens). We may in future use marketing pixels (for example, Meta), subject to notice and, where required, your consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIZZ WEB SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE; THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; THAT MATCHES WILL BE SUITABLE; OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY LEADS, INTRODUCTIONS, INVESTMENTS, PARTNERSHIPS, SALES OR OTHER BUSINESS OUTCOMES. WE DO NOT VERIFY MEMBERS AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CONDUCT OR CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

(a) VIZZ WEB SOLUTIONS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS; AND

(b) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (ii) US$100.

(c) Vizz Web Solutions and Netwoorking.ai are not a party to any conversation, deal or transaction between members.

• No responsibility for promises: this covers any oaths, promises, guarantees or commitments made in a chat, whether or not the other person keeps them.
• Your sole responsibility:you do your own due diligence and fraud checks, with a practical list (verify through official sources, get agreements in writing, don't send money to unverified people).
• No liability for losses: this covers fraud or other losses from dealing with another member, and you claim against that member, not us.
• Not a financial service: we are not a broker, escrow agent, lender or adviser.
• Off-platform dealings: once a conversation moves elsewhere, we have no control over it.
• Reporting and our rights: members can report fraud to support, and we may act but have no duty to.
• Your own conduct:you can't use the platform to mislead or defraud others.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Try to check this page from time to time as it’s your responsibility to read the latest terms. The team will notify you with the latest terms on this page only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have jurisdiction. Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve it in all possible means; if in case it is still not sorted out in 5–6 months then the customer has free will to take legal measures.

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• No waiver: failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices: we may notify you by email, in-product notice or posting on the Platform. You may contact us as set out below.
• Language: the English version prevails over any translation.
